What we do
Five services, one team. We survey, design, price and build, and we stay on site until the work is handed over.
01 · Water
Boreholes and water supply
We survey for water, apply for the permits, drill, test and fit the pump and tank, for homes, schools, institutions and community schemes.
02 · Water
Irrigation and water works
Lined canals, sluice gates, intakes and storage that carry river or borehole water to farmland.
03 · Sanitation
Sewerage and drainage
Septic tanks, soak pits, sewer lines, inspection chambers and storm drains for homes, schools and institutions.
04 · Building
Homes and infrastructure
Houses, institutional buildings and the works around them, designed for Turkana’s heat and built in stone, block and concrete.
05 · Building
Structural design
Foundations, slabs, beams, walls and water towers, calculated and drawn so a builder can build them.
How a job runs
From the first visit to the day we hand over the drawings of what was built, you always know what happens next.
Step 1
First, a site visit
We come to the plot, school or farm, look at the ground and listen to what you need.
Step 2
Then we measure
Levels, boundaries, soil and water. We take them on site, with tape, line and level.
Step 3
Drawings and a price
You get drawings and a priced bill of quantities that you can check line by line.
Step 4
Permits and approvals
We prepare what the county needs to approve the work, and for boreholes, the Water Resources Authority application.
Step 5
Building, checked as it goes
Our engineers set out the work and inspect it as it goes in: lines, levels, concrete and masonry.
Step 6
Handover
We walk the finished work with you and hand over drawings of what was built.
